Job Description:

• 10+ years enterprise-level experience supporting SAN, NAS, and backup technologies in banking environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in low-latency, high-availability infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with EMC, NetApp, PureStorage, or equivalent enterprise storage platforms.
• Backup infrastructure support (e.g., Commvault, NetBackup, Rubrik).
• Familiarity with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, multipathing, zoning, and LUN provisioning.
• Proactive incident and problem management (ITIL-aligned).
• Able to assist in project deployments, migrations, and firmware upgrades.
• Experience in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) desirable.
• Clear communication skills for working with operations, vendors, and internal customers.
