Role Overview:
Distinguished Engineer with deep technical expertise in production deployment of agentic AI ecosystems. This role requires hands-on experience in operationalizing agentic architectures at scale, orchestrating multi-agent systems, and driving enterprise transformation through autonomous AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and Deploy Agentic AI Ecosystems at Scale
- Design and implement agentic frameworks for enterprise workflows.
- Ensure robust orchestration of scaled agents across distributed environments.
• Production-Grade AI Deployment
- Lead end-to-end deployment from PoC to production, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
• Governance and Observability
- Establish monitoring, lifecycle management, and governance for autonomous agents.
• Enterprise Integration
- Integrate agentic systems with legacy platforms, cloud-native environments, and enterprise data lakes.
• Innovation and Scaling
- Drive continuous improvement and scalability strategies for agentic ecosystems.
• Mentorship and Thought Leadership
- Guide engineering teams and evangelize agentic AI best practices internally and externally.
Required Qualifications:
• 6-10 years in enterprise AI engineering, distributed systems, or large-scale automation.
• Recent hands-on experience (2–3 years) with agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration (e.g., AgentCore, Gemeni Enterprise, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).
• Expertise in distributed systems, orchestration platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to deploy agentic ecosystems at scale and manage autonomous workflows.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Agent-as-a-Service models and enterprise operationalization strategies.
• Experience in healthcare, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
