Overview: We are looking for an experienced Front-End QA Engineer to join our team. Your role will be key in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications and APIs. We seek a candidate with a strong background in design, driving, and creating new automated integrations and end-to-end tests with front-end (Playwright/Cypress) and who is also a fast learner. Familiarity with the financial domain, including benchmarks, portfolios, and balancing, would be advantageous. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform testing on web interfaces and APIs to ensure they meet functional requirements. 
• Development of the Web UI Test Automation Framework 
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks (Playwright, Cypress) to automate tests. 
• Support QA activities such as developing Test Approach, Test Cases, and manual test execution as needed. 
• Track quality assurance metrics, like test coverage, defect densities and open defect counts. 
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. 

  Required Skills: 

• 7+ years of work experience in software quality assurance. 
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Test Lead with Playwright/Cypress expertise. 
• Proficiency in testing web interfaces and APIs. 
• Proficiency with Typescript and Javascript. 
• Solid knowledge of SQL server and scripting.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and integration. 
• Experience with Dynatrace or other Observability Tools 
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools. 

  Good to Have: 

• Intermediate knowledge/ experience with financial calculations, mainly basic performance and risk calculations.  
• Experience with qTest and ServiceNow
