Position Description:
Sr. Partner Sales Director will drive channel partnership and collaboration with Hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Azure, IBM) and ISVs (Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, PANW) for Co-sell, Co-invest and Co-deliver momentum. You will be focused on driving customer engagement as well as partner funding/incentive programs.
Responsibilities:
- Forge trusted relationships with regional AWS/Google/Azure/ISV partner sellers to drive Intuitive’s brand awareness, opportunity generation, and position Intuitive’s services.
- Partner with Intuitive’s sellers, to build pipeline and generate new revenue through channel against an assigned quota, focusing on new logo clients with high potential for Intuitive offerings
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in partnership with channel partners for targeted use-cases, case-studies, through Intuitive’s leadership events, as well as partner events.
- Drive new partner-funded revenues for existing Intuitive’s accounts, maximizing funding opportunities
- Build strong strategic and focused relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the partner eco-system across industry verticals (FinServ, Banking, HealthCare, Lifesciences, Energy, Telco)
- Manage overall partner sales relationships, act as the central point of contact for AWS, Google, IBM and ISV sellers and district managers, lead efforts on co-selling and establishing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and partner sellers to generate pipeline.
- Build geo and industry vertical strategies to uncover new sources of leads and revenue through channels sales teams thru direct sales as well as on-line/off-line events.
- Engage deeply with partner sellers and educate channel stakeholders on Intuitive capabilities and success stories to effectively communicate Intuitive’s value proposition to partner sellers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry in business development, sales, consulting, product management, and/or alliances roles
- Experience selling high-value cloud consultancy services and/or software solutions, revenue generation, and client-direct selling.
- Extensive experience working with the AWS and/or Google partner ecosystem, specifically focused on sales and demand generation.
- Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships.
- Proven track record in supporting large, complex cloud sales cycles with enterprise customers, and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota targets.
- Highly skilled at building account-level go-to-market strategies and working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with public cloud providers within large enterprises, entrepreneurial and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do with AWS, Google, and other partners.
- Cloud certification within AWS and/or Google.
