Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Leader to lead and manage the AI/ML practice for our company. The role will involve overseeing a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the growth and success of our AI/ML initiatives, driving both technical excellence and strategic alignment with our business objectives.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Co-Leadership and Management:

  • Co-lead and manage the AI/ML practice for the company, ensuring that it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
Team Building and Development:
  • Build and grow a high-performing, globally distributed team of engineers, architects, product managers, scrum masters, and other key resources (on-shore, near-shore, off-shore).
Strategic Alignment with Cloud Providers:
  • Align the company’s business objectives with major cloud hyperscalers in the priority order of GCP, AWS, and Azure, while also leveraging other cloud-agnostic platforms.
Partner Alliances and Incentives:
  • Support partner alliance efforts to maximize partner incentives (e.g., MAP, POA, DAF, PFS, ECIF) to fund service engagements for new/existing platform spend and strategic initiatives.
AI/ML Offering Development:
  • Create a comprehensive and compelling offering for the AI/ML business to drive market leadership and growth.
Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the company’s Marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Manage case studies and joint marketing efforts with vendors, including CSPs.
  • Organize and drive vendor/partner events to enhance customer engagement.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction (CSAT) with adherence to SLAs and quality delivery.
  • Perform quarterly CSAT evaluations and thought leadership value measurement with customers and company leadership.
Professional Conduct:
  • Maintain the highest professional ethics and conduct in all interactions with the company, clients, vendors, and agencies.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively and cross-training team members.
Leadership and Company Culture:
  • Serve as a leader, team player, and role model for the company’s culture, promoting a positive and high-performance work environment.
